Yara Industrial A/S
In 2004, the fertilizer and chemicals division of Norsk Hydro was separated under the company Yara. Yara International ASA specializes in the nitrogen-based chemical industry. -
2007
Yara Praxair AS
In 2007, Yara's industrial gas activity in Scandinavia is established as a Joint Venture with the global industrial gas company Praxair Inc. -
2016
Praxair Norge AS
As of June 1, 2016, the company is wholly owned by Praxair Inc. Focus on security, as well as product and technology development remains central. We strive to provide world-class service to our customers in all areas of industrial, medical and speciality gases. -
2019
Nippon Gases Norge AS
Our name change is a result of the acquisition of the entire Praxair European business by Japanese Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation. With over 100 years of experience and large portfolio of proprietary technology, TNSC will strengthen our business in Norway.
