Stripping

Purification of liquids by gas injection.

Stripping technique consist on passing supersonic high-speed small bubbles of nitrogen gas through the liquid to be purified

The presence of oxygen or other dissolved gases can have a detrimental effect on the liquids containing them. One method of eliminating these undesirable substances, often used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, is to eliminate the contaminants by stripping them out with nitrogen.

The stripping process requires low investment costs and practically no maintenance costs, contributing to significant savings and benefits in the locations where it is applied.

In Nippon Gases we have design equipment capable of creating small nitrogen

bubbles, so efficiency of

the process is considerably greater due to a larger exchange surface.
