Due to our historical background of stable and long time company, from some time to now we are successfully addressing our diversity efforts in gender and age.

In every process involving employees, like hiring, developing or identifying talent, our priority is to take objective decisions removing biases and increasing the visibility of our female population.

We are successfully increasing our talented female population in all regions and at all levels.
