Increase the capacityof the treatment plant just by applying oxygen bubbles

This is the most common application of oxygen. It can be applied in alltechnologies, including MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor)- exclusively by us, Nippon Gases. Oxygen is capable of expanding WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant), which has became too small for the load produced by the industry.

Simulation:
mathematical analysis of the process to design the optimal solution.
Experimentation:
experimental analysis to test the application for complex wastewater.
Controls:
instrumentation and control to optimise the process.
Incorporating pure oxygen avoids having to invest in a larger volume of biological reactor for the process.

Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)

Enhance the reaction phase by fastening the process rate.

Upgrade traditional activated sludge process based treatmens with pure oxygen.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)

Take advantage of this high load treatment increasing the Oxygen Transfer Rate (OTR).
