Solutions for oil production

Inert gases to ensure oil quality

Nitrogen and Argon to protect the oil from Oxygen during storage and bottling.

Oil storage tanks inerting
It allows to avoid the oxidation of the product, which would bring color variations and decay of the organoleptic characteristics.
The inert atmosphere must always be maintained, both in the tank and in any subsequent processing, in order to avoid possible recontamination due to the contact of air or moisture with the purified fluid.

Headspace inerting during bottling

Product inerting through the use of nitrogen or argon gas, or with Lin Dropper technology.

Volatile contaminants removal and oil stripping
The presence of volatile contaminants such as oxygen, organic substances and water dissolved in food liquids affects their quality.
The system consists of a stripper with gaseous nitrogen injection, able to remove unwanted volatile contaminants and to allow the achievement of high purity fluids. Often it is also necessary to degas the oil transport line, which connects the storage tank to the bottling machine, in order to remove the oxygen dissolved in the oil. This operation must also be repeated during the transfer phase and during the blending of different batches of oil.
