Just a month from the start-up of the new plant in Pontinia, Nippon Gases Italia formalizes the realization of a second Green B.A.G. (Bulk Atmospheric Gases) Farm in Caserta.
The significant investment is just one of a series that the Nippon Gases Group intends to realize in Italy, in order to increase its competitivity and closeness to customers, with particular concern to some of the fundamental areas for the sustainable growth of the industrial reality.The new system, powered at 100% by renewable sources, will launch the new Green Bulk Atmospheric Gases product line, (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon) and it will be entirely designed and realized by the Nippon Sanso Group, granting the respect of the strictest quality specifications of purity and reliability as requested by the Pharmaceutical, Medical, Food and Manufacturing markets. It will also be equipped with innovative automation systems, which will allow world class performances in terms of safety and operating efficiency; the large storage capacity for Nitrogen, Argon and Oxygen will also guarantee the maximum operating flexibility and a reliable supply of medical products in a recently disadvantaged and needy area.
The Green B.A.G. Farm will increase the production capacity, strengthening further Nippon Gases Italy’s presence on the market, contributing to reinforce the solidity of its supply chain and confirming itself as a landmark for all the Central and Southern areas as well. The aspiring willingness to reach this target will also evolve as a direct working development favouring the territorial areas concerned.
Thanks to the adoption of innovative building systems, it will be possible to reduce significantly the timing to realize the Air Separation Unit, enabling its start-up by 24 months.
