Nippon Gases and Suttons Tankers Launch HVO Fuel Trial to Reduce Carbon Emissions
Innovative Collaboration Aims to Reduce Carbon Emissions in Logistics Operations
Nippon Gases UKI and Suttons Tankers have embarked on a three-month Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel trial to reduce carbon emissions in logistics operations. This initiative, part of their long-standing partnership, has already shown promising results with an 87-tonne reduction in emissions in the first month. The trial aims to explore the long-term benefits of HVO fuel, contributing to sustainability goals and a carbon-neutral future.
