Changes to how container collections are organized will be implemented to ensure timely collections, freeing up your valuable site space.
Please remember:
1. Empty containers should be made available for collection at the time of delivery
2. Containers should be free of debris, waste, and packaging
3. To ensure the safety of the collecting drivers, any damage to containers must be reported to the driver

The electronic device the drivers carry will also allow us to provide track and trace emails, so you can monitor the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and receive updates.
