As a guide, dry ice typically sublimates at a rate of 5% to 15% product weight per day, depending on the thermal properties of the dry ice storage container and the external temperature profile
The durability of dry ice is variable and significantly affected by factors such as the type of product, the ambient temperature and humidity, the quality of the storage container and the number of times the container is opened and closed.
